How to Win His Love - What Your Relationship Needs

What tactics have you been trying in order to win his love? Does it seem like every attempt you've made has ended in failure? Are you unsure what you did wrong and therefore have no idea what you need to do right? Everyone questions their capacity to be loved at some point or other, but the important thing to remember is that there is a man out there for you and you can win his love.

The first thing you need to realize if you really want a man to love the woman you are is to show him who you are. Many women get caught up in just showing a man the woman they can be in bed, but this leaves very little space for more in the relationship. Men who start a relationship with sex, usually want only that. As soon as you start asking for more, they're moving on. Stay on course and let the relationship build in a slower fashion with friendship, real emotions and respect.

The dates that you have with him are really a chance for you to see who he really is while you show him many of your great qualities. Don't come to these dates expecting too much. Whether it's romantic gestures or a grand vision of some ultimate great relationship that you're hoping for, just take the date for what it is; a night to have fun, talk with each other and find out if you really want to see each other again.

If you do, don't suddenly start putting on the pressure. Continue to take your time and, especially, let him take his. Love isn't something that happens overnight and trying to rush it usually results in failed relationships.

The more he gets to know you and the more fun he can have every time he's with you, the more he'll want to see you. And if you can manage to hold off a bit and play it just a tad elusive, he'll want to be with you even more. You can win his love, one date at a time.

Five Dating and Relationship Tips For Success

Have some of the silly dating and relationship tips out there left you feeling less than satisfied? Are you dating a guy you really like, and you want to make him commit to a real relationship? Do you wish there was some sound advice that would work for just about anyone? Despite the abundance of less than helpful relationship advice floating around in cyberspace, it is still possible to find the help you need. Here are five tips you can use right away to improve your dating and relationship success.

Tip #1: Don't Go With The Status Quo - Get Value From Your Dates

If you want quality dating and a quality relationship, then stay away from the typical bar scene. In the end, you'll more than likely end up dissatisfied. Find someone who enjoys the same things you do at venues where people like you tend to congregate. Many dating and relationship tips focus solely on the outer aspects of attraction - and while physical attraction can be important, in the end you're going to be happiest with someone who is compatible in other, more important aspects of life.

Tip #2: Develop Your Own Style

Developing your own style is fun and rewarding. When you work on your own personal development in a mental, physical and spiritual sense, you come to understand yourself and your own desires better and improve your odds of relationship success. If you don't really like a current fad, don't wear it! Ignore dating and relationship tips that go against your values. If you have a certain belief system, stick with it. Be who you are - not who current fashion says you should be.

Tip #3: Keep Your Promises

Nobody likes a flake. Don't make silly excuses, and don't make commitments if you can't keep them. Keeping your promises will not only boost your self-esteem, it will elevate you even further in the eyes of your partner - especially if the relationship is a new one. If you want to make him fall in love, be steady as a rock.

Tip #4: Value Your Partner's Individuality

This is one of the top dating and relationship tips - so pay attention! If you don't like certain fundamental aspects of your partner's style or personality, then it may be time to head to greener pastures. Trying to train a man to see things your way or do things the way you think they ought to be done might seem to be a good strategy at first, but it can backfire on you. Stop to consider this: how would you feel if your guy was always trying to change you, and never seemed satisfied? You cannot change a person into someone he is not - so don't waste your time.

Tip #5: Take It To The Next Level With Professional Relationship Counseling

There is one thing that dating and relationship tips you find in books and magazines cannot do: they cannot evaluate your specific situation and help you to keep things moving in a positive direction. If you want to build a successful relationship after multiple failures or less than satisfying encounters, consider speaking with a counselor about how to do things the right way. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can gain insight into your own situation with the help of an unbiased professional.

Relationship Attraction - Dating Tips For Women

What's the big deal on relationship attraction? Do women have to go on dates to find their perfect partner? Exactly what do you need to do to get the best date ever? The dating scene is quite big for women. It is where relationship attraction happens. As much as most women want to deny it, they don't usually enjoy going out on date with different people. However, they have to do it because they haven't seen their match yet. If you are one of the women who are into dating, you certainly need a few dating tips. Sometimes, you think that what you do is right but as a matter of fact, it turns off your date. You do have to remember that when you are out on a date, it is similar as selling as a product. You don't showoff what you don't have but instead you showcase what you have. You try to win a man's heart by showing him who you are but be sure not to tick him off. Here are some good dating tips that you can use. Hope that your date turns out perfectly fine.

Dating Tip #1: Act naturally

Yes, the anxiety will be present. What you have to do is to breathe deeply and enjoy the time you are spending with him. You have to act naturally and don't feel aloof. Just try to picture yourself that you are hanging out with one of your guy friends. And please, don't pretend to be someone you are not. Just be yourself and show him that. Act casually. A guy would not be interested in you if you are pretending to be someone you are not. He can tell if you are pretending or not because it will show in your actions.

Dating Tip #2: You have to speak up

Don't just smile and nod. You have to let the words come out of your mouth. You should know how to converse with him. Likewise, don't make your conversation all about you. Make sure to also get to know him. It is essential that you come in prepared. Have a couple of questions stick to your mind. There will come a time that there will be a dead space in your date. Both of you will have nothing to say. If that happens, you can ask him some questions like what is the craziest thing he has ever done. Also, don't forget to listen as well to the things that he is saying.

Dating Tip #3: Dress well

You are out on your first date. Obviously, first impressions always last. Moreover, it is the time wherein a person judges a book by its cover. What you need to do is to dress appropriately. Make sure that what you are wearing something pleasing. Obviously, a sexy black dress wouldn't go well on a movie date. Likewise, wearing a shirt, jeans and snickers would be inappropriate for a dinner date. For dinner dates, wear a dress. Make sure it's not too skimpy. Skimpy dresses send off a signal to men that you are trashy. You certainly don't want that to happen, right?

Connecting on an Emotional Level With a Man - Dating and Relationship Tips

Hello girls.... Are you single and wondering why it seems so easy to find any man to go out with you for a date or two... But impossible to find a man to connect with on a deeper level for something more lasting and meaningful?

You may have found that once that initial infatuation shifts into something more "real", men often shut down and withdraw back to their lonely isolated lives. Why is it that even smart men think that they'd be better off alone and isolated, than if they shared their life and love with a wonderful woman?

Don't keep meeting men and sharing yourself with them, only to have things fizzle out when it's not so "new" anymore. There's one thing that women accidentally do when they're in that casual dating stage that triggers this withdrawal response inside of a man. Of course, it's up to a man to keep himself from withdrawing... But if you don't want to keep running the risk of triggering this, then it's best to avoid this issue altogether.

If you're tired of going on more "dates", only to be less satisfied with your love life, and you'd like to know how to attract the right man for a great relationship from the very beginning... Then i'd like to show you:

are you having an easy time creating the kind of connection with a man that turns a few typical "dates" into the beginning of an amazing relationship? Or... Are you finding it more difficult to find a great man and go from him just feeling "casual" about dating you, to wanting and needing you on both a physical and emotional level?

If so, then i'm going to tell you something that is crucial in winning the right man's heart. This is one thing that men don't talk about but 'drive them wild' when they recognize it and experience with in you. If you learn this and put it to use in your love life, the right man is sure to see you as that unique and special woman he just has to have in his life forever.

There's something that drives men wild and invites them into a deeper level of "connection" and bonding with a woman faster than talk about feelings and experiences.

And that something is "play". See... Men love to be active and to play. Men were raised to express themselves and connect with those around them through action. Unfortunately, too many women seem to forget this and want to talk talk talk their way into a man's heart.

The strange reality is that as you're getting to know a man... More talk will often get you less response from a man on an emotional level. Sure, talking is great to get the facts, and for you to share some things such as your values, and what you do or don't want in a relationship.

But the fact is that men don't "feel it" for you because of what you say. (Just like you don't meet a man and feel it for him because he has a great "pick-up line"!) it's not the words... It's the experience.

And for men, the easiest and most straight forward way for a man to engage in his emotions with you is by doing things with him that don't require talking, but allow you to be playful with him. A couple of examples of playful activity you can do with a man that are sure to dial up the emotional

intensity...

Sports: not all men love sports or are great at them, and you might not like them either, but that's not the point. The point here is to play a sport with a man because it involves aspects of a "game". You

against him competing.

Any sport will do. Ping pong is an easy favorite because no one is really "good"... And you can have all kinds of playful banter hitting the ball back and forth. Pool is another good one since it's easy to find when you're out together, plus you can tease him by placing your gorgeous self in front of where he's aiming and distract him so he misses his shot.

Then, when you're shooting, ask him to come over and help you so he puts his arms around you. Nice!

What man wouldn't love that invitation. Then if you miss, blame it on him in a fun sarcastic way.

Bottom line, if a man is being active and engaging in a playful game with you while there is also some kind of touching involved... It's a magic combination that's sure to raise the attraction level up several notches. And teasing is a universal way of bonding and communicating that is like an unspoken language that all men speak.

Teasing is easier than you might think. The one catch is to do it all with a sense of humor and fun... And don't get too serious. The best way to tease a man playfully is to be sarcastic with him. This kind of thing is subtle, but builds a growing level of attraction inside a man for you. Some women feel uncomfortable with teasing or making fun of a man. But for men, it's again another way they connect socially.

Try it. You'll love how a man responds!

Define Love - Establish a Reciprocal Mutual Relationship - That's Dating Smart!

So you want to know what love is. I know I did when I first started dating. I can't begin to recount the number of times I thought I knew-only to learn differently-much to my chagrin. Here I was, in love with all my heart, giving the best that I could give...and then "whambo" the relationship fell apart.

Date smart, establish a reciprocal mutual relationship and you will find love.

Have you experienced relationship problems because you couldn't define love clearly? Maybe the same thing happened to you that happened to me. Don't despair because I have some good news for you.

And it is this: Love is a Reciprocal Process. You give your best; you deserve the same in return. I'm never settling for less than what I deserve in a relationship again. And you don't have to either.

Mutual respect is the key to attaining a balanced relationship. It means that your partner extends mutual respect to you. He sees the uniqueness of your being; your ideals; your vision; your goals and he appreciates your right to free expression in an atmosphere of respect and acceptance.

It means you can talk to him from the depth of your heart and he will listen respectfully and never attack or withdraw from your openness.

You know how we women are, we tend to give too much, too soon. And because of this, sometimes our partner thinks he can mold us into an image he wants us to be. He may want us to be someone else or something else we don't want to be, nor can possibly be. Nonetheless he takes on an "I can change her" attitude.

For instance, say you're just a girl who wants to marry, have children, and become a stay-at-home mom. You want to join the PTA, and Girl Scouts. You want to take the kids to dancing classes, Little League Baseball, music lessons and the like.

Nothing wrong with that--except if your partner wants you to be, instead, a career woman like the women he works with, thus defeating your own dreams of full-time motherhood.

So he begins to berate you for either not completing a college education, or for not doing anything with a college diploma you may have--even though you have expressed your desire for motherhood and family life foremost.

In that case he would not be accepting you. That would not be showing mutual respect. That's no way to live. Mutual respect demands that our partner accept our individuality.

Learn to date smart by establishing reciprocal appreciation. This allows you to reach out enthusiastically, even beyond your own center, to express yourself in ways you never expected you could, even with greater confidence because you have something valuable to share YOU, your ideas and dreams and he appreciates that!

And of course we extend to him the same understanding of reciprocal and mutual respect as the definition of love.

Get Him To Ask You Out On A Second Date - Great Tips On How To Move Your Relationship Forward

If he asked you out on a first date, do you think he had a good enough time to ask you out on a second date? Are you wondering what attracted him enough to take you out the first time? Do you want to discover the secrets of getting that second or third date with that great new guy? Dating can be a lot of fun when it goes well, but when it doesn't it's a different story. There are a few little tips that can be useful in getting him to ask you out on a second date.

Reveal Yourself Nicely And Slowly

When you met this guy, think about what caught his eye and interested him enough to want to ask you out on a first date. Obviously, if you were upbeat and funny when you met, getting all serious and intense about things on your first date would be kind of surprising for him and might even be a big turn-off. In other words, although there are many sides to your personality, let him see the one that made him take you out in the first place.

It's certainly okay to let him see glimpses of your other sides to intrigue him even more and keep him coming back to find out more. But serve up these glimpses in small bites and stick to that main course he enjoyed when you met. Eventually he'll see you for who you truly are deep down, but remember, the first few dates are just an opportunity to get to know each other a little and see if you like each other enough to keep going out. This is especially the case for that all-important first date.

Find Your Common Ground

When you met, you instantly had something in common because you talked about certain things or shared some experience together, whether it was dancing at the club, watching the same band perform, cheering on a team, or even sitting in the same class together. That gives you a sure topic of conversation for the first date and something to fall back on if the conversation lags. And let's face it; first dates will have their share of awkward moments. Hopefully these are ones you can laugh about later.

Relax And Have A Good Time!

Being friendly and warm on your first date is a good way of getting him to ask you out on a second date. Smile and show some interest in him. You can show him that you're listening to what he has to say by making eye contact. You don't have to pin him in a stare but do make eye contact when he's talking. And keep the eye contact going when you're talking too.

Relax and have fun. That's what dating is all about. If he has fun on the first date, he'll be more likely to ask you out on a second date.

Want to know more about how to move your relationship to the next level? Then I'd love to help you!

When Is The Right Time To Start A Dating Relationship?

People often wonder and ask when the right time to enter into a dating relationship is. Are you one of them or are you already in a relationship?

Is there a particular age at which you are regarded qualified to date? Are there things to consider before asking that girl of your dreams out or is this the right time to say yes to that hunk you so much adore?

In order to answer these questions, I would like to make an analogy with obtaining a driver's licence. My question would be, when is it right to start taking driving lessons? There is a time and season for everything on earth. Everything has a purpose and when the purpose of a thing is unknown abuse is inevitable.Driving tests: oral, theory, hazard perception and practical are put in place to prepare the individual for safe driving. A license is issued after passing the tests to certify that the holder has obtained the necessary standard to drive safely on the highway. This is put in place to prevent / reduce accidents and death on our roads.

To prepare for these tests, the prospective driver enrols in a driving school and takes lessons until he / she is confident and ready to take the tests. Until these tests are passed, you do not obtain a full driver's license. Some may take lessons from parents, friends or relatives while others uses software packages to gain the required knowledge and skills. whatever the case may be, lessons are being learnt and skills are acquired.

In like manner, you should date when you are seriously considering obtaining a marriage license. In order words you date when considering entering into a serious relationship which you hope would lead to the altar. Just like being behind the wheels of a car, you are in the driving seat of the other party's emotions, life and future when in a relationship. The way the affairs of any dating relationship are carried out impacts on both parties.

Many are left scarred as a result of an abusive relationships which goes on to affect future relationships and in some cases their marriage. Though some people deliberately and consciously decide to be become single parents, others get pregnant as a result of their naivety and sincere foolishness. Many people's lives, dreams and aspirations are ruined just because they were in a relationship they were not mature or wise enough to handle.

There may not be a particular age that categorically specifies when it is right to date, the criteria below should be met. When the leaves starts to fall you know that autumn is at hand.

Above the legal age

The law of the land states the age when one is considered to be an adult.

Have parental consent

You need the consent of your parents if you are under their roof. You may be an adult but their support, advice and counsel would help along the way, that's if they know any better.

Be mature

You should be physically and emotionally mature to handle a relationship. Though age may be a factor in determining maturity, it doesn't always apply. Do you have the necessary relational skills to go into a relationship? How much of the temperaments and characteristics of the opposite sex do you know? Do you have the right motives for entering into the relationship, or is it for selfish reasons? Is this relationship a rebound or emotional resting place while you recover from a heart break? Are you in the relationship because of peer pressures or is a hit and run scenario?

Ready to take responsibility

You should be ready to commit to a serious relationship that would eventually lead to marriage. It is not always possible to know for sure that your date is the right one, but there must be a strong indication that he or she is a potential spouse.

Dating without the intention to having a serious relationship is cheap recipe for emotional heart break and disaster. If you do not have the intention of getting married within a considerable time frame, why should you keep a person waiting for 5, 6, 7, 10 years? In such situations breaking up after such a long time would be emotionally disaster especially for the woman whose biologically clock may be past midnight.

Every relationship should be clearly defined and understood by the parties involved. No one should be left in the dark to build castles in the sky. If you do not intend to commit to a relationship for genuine reasons e.g. studies, career etc it would be wise and mature to make it very clear so you do not lead anyone on.

It may sound unusual, but I think couples intending to get married should be asked to attend marriage counselling classes to help prepare them for marriage life. The statistics and rate of divorces even amongst Christians is ever increasing. Love should be the motivation for a true relationship but there are other skills and knowledge to acquire that would help along the way. Marriage it till death, unlike a driver's license that can be revoked divorce is an exception and not the rule

Every decision we take has a consequence, if you make the wrong decision you would reap the harvest. Don't be a fool dating or date a fool. Get the wisdom and understanding to keep you life and future on track.

Unconditional Love - A Realistic Relationship Goal or a Romantic Fantasy?

A young woman wrote in to my dating advice column recently and asked me "What qualities are absolutely essential in a partner or in an ideal relationship? I have a pretty huge list and want to share some of them with you

affectionate

unconditional love for each other

emotional support, connection and harmony

caring, kind, compassionate

easygoing, calm

stability, commitment, loyal

understanding, accepting (accepts me as I am), tolerant

appreciation and love for each other

enjoys intimacy regularly

sense of humor, positive outlook, reasonably happy and optimistic

I am seeking this man and hope to find this type of love some day. What do you think of my list?"

My response was probably not what she wanted to hear, but with almost 20 years of experience in dating and relationships industry, I know this young lady is headed for disappointment. Her list is created from girlish childhood fantasies of the Knight swooping in to save the fair maiden. Her list is to me nothing but fantasy from a young woman that has obviously never been married.

Hey, I'm not saying that men cannot be honest, loving, committed and many of the things on the list above, don't get me wrong! But real men are not perfect by any means. Even if a guy did possess all of her listed qualities, they won't be in evidence every single day! He is going to mess up sometimes, piss her off, and definitely not be the man of her dreams. So I can say with confidence that the man she dreams of only exists in soap operas, fairy tales and romance novels. He is not a real man.

If you are passing up great partners and dismissing them as unsuitable while you seek the romantic fantasy of "unconditional love" you need to stop. Take that qualification off your list and get real. Everything has conditions. And people will stop loving you if you do things on their "crossed the line" list, as well they should! Expecting that you can treat others any way you want and that they will keep loving you anyway is unrealistic.

Why would anyone with good sense continue to love and care for someone that intentionally did something foul and disrespectful, with the full intent of harm or using them? For instance, a woman who whines and cries claims to still love a man even though he hurt her children or parents, or committed a violent crime against someone's daughter is a fool. That man would have crossed all barriers of decency and humanity and he should be left in the dust.

When involved in any relationship, we must all decide what our bottom line is. Some people will continue to love and support their friends, children and family members even if they do something on the 'crossed off' list. However, my standard on this issue is this: Anyone that hits me, hurts my child, hurts my Mom or Dad or brothers gets no love from me! You steal my money you are out. You do anything foul and funky with intent to harm me, you are out. And I don't care who you are.

To me, unconditional love under those circumstances makes no sense and means you care more about someone else than you do yourself. Sadly, the attitude of "I hate myself but I love you" goes hand in hand with a damaged sense of self and low self-esteem, which is almost epidemic in our society.

I strongly suggest that all women eliminate the fantasy of unconditional love in their romantic relationships. Establish boundaries for proper treatment and respect and enforce them 100%! NEVER waste your time or your loving heart loving someone that has clearly demonstrated that they do not love you back.

Find My True Love - Getting That Real Relationship

Have you had enough of dating to no avail and you simply want to find your true love? Are the nights of clubbing all night wearing you out and you want to settle down with a man who'll be your true love? Do you need a few tips to get you to your true love fast?

When we set out to date just for the fun of dating, everything seems so easy. Plenty of guys are out there looking to have fun and we're more than prepared to offer up a whole night of fun. However, when we finally decide to chuck all that aside and try to meet the man who'll be our true love, we don't know where to begin.

Read on to see how you can leave the dating scene and meet a man you can love for life.

A Change in Wardrobe

It's no secret. When a woman steps out with the hopes of landing a guy she can spend a few hot nights with, she dresses in a way that advertises that fact. Little is given up to chance, so low cut shirts and mini short skirts are the order of the day. We want to be seen and we want to catch the eye of every guy in the joint.

But when we make the shift from fun dating to a serious search for our true love, we forget to make that shift in our appearance, and we continue to strut our stuff in a way that isn't conducive to finding a really good man.

While men enjoy looking at hot and sexy women, there still remains a hint of concern with regards to taking these women seriously. Maintain a presentable level of sensuality, no more.

The Personality Takes It

Where overt sexuality and flashy looks work wonders on the frivolous dating front, it's your personality that has to shine when you want to find true love. He wants to talk to you, get to know you and give you a good idea of who he is.

Be as genuine as you can be and simply do all you can to have a good time with him. Ultimately you want a strong sense of comfort, trust and respect to grow between you. Let your fun personality build that bond.

High Expectations

Even as little girls, we picture our vision of our Prince Charming. He should be of such height, such weight, such coloring, such wealth. When we set out to find our true love, we cling to that vision, blindly refusing to settle for anything less.

Unfortunately, in our quest to meet the man we believe to be perfect, we actually allow a great number of men to pass right under our nose. Why? Because he's not as tall as we'd hope. He's a little heavier than we wanted. His hair is dark and coarse when you'd always dreamed of sandy curls.

Be realistic as you write out your Prince Charming list of characteristics. You may come to find that your true love is kind, generous and loving rather than tall, dark and handsome.
